MAZAK was the first producer of zinc alloys to achieve ISO9002 quality assurance certification.

We appreciate the importance and responsibility of quality and are committed to continuous control and improvement. Our company is currently certified according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

The heart of our quality system is our spectrographic laboratory in which we use state-of-the-art spectrometers SPECTRO LAB, utilizing a wide range of certified CRM standards and we pay high attention to analyzing all of our production output before it is delivered to our customers.

All our alloys are 100% analyzed according to EN ISO 3815-1:2005 standard and samples are taken in compliance with EN 12060:1998 standard. Our spectrographs are regularly tested and re-certified by authorized service.

With each delivery we provide Inspection Certificates of Analysis of our alloys according to EN 10204:2005 standard. On request we provide button samples of delivered melts for customers’ laboratory double-check.

We produce primary zinc alloys and understand our customer's requirements for reliable and consistent alloy composition.

Therefore we pay utmost attention to keeping the critical elements of alloys within tight and persistent tolerance ranges.

We deliberately set the tolerance ranges for production of our alloys tighter than the Standard EN1774 requires ensuring that our customers can always rely on the consistent quality of our material. Our production is constantly monitored by the use of statistical proces control methods.

By these precautions we can guarantee our alloys with

(a) Low content of iron (Fe) at melting keeps material losses (dross) low
(b) Aluminium content within tight tolerance range makes alloy specification consistent over deliveries
(c) Low impurities content (Pb, Cd, Sn) excess of which may be deleterious to mechanical and physical properties of alloy.

Our spectrographic laboratory is also available to customers for any testing they may want us to carry out on their behalf.
